Our onboarding program is designed to help new hires integrate smoothly into the team, understand our systems, and feel supported from day one. It begins with a standard 2-day HR and Health & Safety orientation, followed by structured, role-specific training. This functional onboarding continues throughout the 90-day probation period to ensure employees are set up for success in their roles.
